(Prince George, VA) – Police Investigating Shooting Incident
     
​On July 13, 2019, at 11:14 pm, members of the Prince George County Police Department responded to the 11300-block of Walton Lake Road for a report of gunshots fired in the area.  

Officers arrived and found a disturbance resulting from a party that was occurring in the area.  Investigation revealed that at least three gunshots were fired from a firearm.  Several shell cases were recovered at the scene.  The fired rounds struck a house in the 11400-block of Walton Lake Road damaging the residence.  Multiple subjects fled from the scene upon police arrival.  

Police are looking for a person of interest who fled the scene on foot; then possibly took a bicycle from a nearby residence and used the bike to leave the area.  This subject is described as a black male, early to mid-twenties, 5’9” – 5’10”, 150 – 160 pounds and was wearing red and black pants with no shirt at the time of the incident.
