NACo (National Association of Counties) is a national organization that represents county governments - the only such organization in the United States.  NACo provides services to the nation's counties, improves the public understanding of county government, and acts as a unified voice to the federal government.  For more information on NACo, visit www.naco.org.

The most recent publication from NACo, Strategies to Bolster Economic Resilience - County Leadership in Action, NACo has partnered with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through the National Association of Development Organizations (NADO) Research Foundation, with a collaboration between the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the U.S. Department of Transportation.  The scope of this work is to assist communities in planning economically prosperous neighborhoods, improved transportation networks, efficient investments in water and wastewater, and create more housing choices.
