Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program

When: Tuesday's & Thursday's     
Where: Prince George Community Center

Time: 10:00am – 11:00am 
Cost: Free to Prince George Residents 

The Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program is a free community-based, recreational group exercise and  and education program designed specifically for people with arthritis and related diseases. The class will be taught by Debbie Lafland, a certified instructor.


Mind, Body, Spirit Program

When: Wednesday's  
Where: Prince George Community Center 
               11100 Old Stage Road 
Time: 10:00am – 11:00am 
Cost: Free to Prince George Residents

This free class will feature two mindful exercise forms, Yoga and Tai Chi, and present strategies and movement sequences to incorporate mind-body exercise into physical activity programming for all ages.

BASIC BEGINNERS EXERCISE CLASS (chair/standing)

When: Tuesday's starting JANUARY  24
Where: Prince George Community Center

Time: 11:00am—11:30am
