Citizens can use this secure portal to pay their utility bills online. The Treasurer's Office accepts MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Convenience fees are not charged.
Payments made using this portal are immediately reflected on your account. If you have received a notice of your water being cutoff, please telephone the Utilities Department immediately after payment to report the payment and verify its receipt. The Utilities Office can be reached at (804) 722-8706 Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
To inquire about a refund, please contact the Prince George County Treasurer's Office at the number below. Credit card payments are only refunded in the event of an overpayment. The amount overpaid would be refunded. The refund would be issued via check payment mailed to you within 30 days of its receipt.

*If you are paying your bill through your banking institution's online bill pay, please note that you MUST request the bill to be paid 7 to 10 days BEFORE the bill is due. If the payment is not received in the mail by the date due, it will be considered late no matter the date on the check.
