Big Lots Lands at The Crossings in Prince George County

PRINCE GEORGE, VA - Big Lots, Inc. (NYSE: BIG) has selected a new location in the anchor position of The Crossings Shopping Center, 5260 Oaklawn Boulevard, North Prince George, VA, 23860. The company will be making a private investment to renovate the 51,235 square foot facility. RCC Crossings LLC, property owner, and Hackney Real Estate are also investing in several property upgrades to complete the lease transaction. Renovations at the location are currently underway.
