Pet Adoptions

The Prince George Animal Shelter has dogs and cats available for adoption. All adopted dogs and cats receive a certificate for a free veterinary exam and a certificate requesting a reduced cost on the animal's sterilization (spay or neuter).

There is a $10 adoption fee paid at the time of adoption. The sterilization fee for the animal being adopted is also paid at the time of adoption. The sterilization fees range from $35 to $75, depending on if the adopted animal is a cat or dog and at which veterinary clinic the animal will be sterilized.
