How It Works
To use the Prince George County VIP Line simply dial: (804) 722-8787 and follow the simple instructions. It's available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
What You'll Need
- A touch-tone telephone (cell phones will work)
- A site-specific Permit Number (e.g. 11090012-0)
- An Inspection Code (click here for a listing)
You will be prompted through the entire process. Press (*) at any time for more information on how to use the system.
To return to the previous menu at any time, press the (#) key.
Choose Your Option
When you Call the Prince George VIP Line, you will hear the main menu choices:
- Press [1] Schedule an Inspection
- Press [2] Cancel/Reschedule an Inspection
- Press [3] Obtain Inspection Results
- Press [4] For Directions to the Office and Office Hours
- Press [0] Transfer to Staff
- Press [*] Additional Information
Please note: The cut-off time for scheduling a same day inspection through the IVR is 7:00 am. Same day inspections requested after 7:00am will be considered for footings and open ditch type inspections only. Please call (804) 722-8659 between 8:00 am and 9:30 am if you are requesting a same day inspection.
